Why Leadership & Business Coaching?
For a short introduction on who Mike Kole is; I am a life-long business development professional. I began my career covering 22 States selling components used in the commercial, industrial, and automotive manufacturing areas. As a sales person, I specialized in creating new ways to utilize the products I represented. In other words I needed to influence my prospects in thinking outside the box. They needed to try something new. Therefore, I needed to use various methods to encourage these future customers.
Over time, I turned my success in sales, and sales management into a coaching company. There I primarily focused on the sales and marketing departments of companies from start ups to Fortune 500 companies. That is how Pinnacles Sales was created.
As the business grew & became successful, CEO’s & Executives asked me to help in other areas of their companies outside of the marketing departments. I found that by applying my sales and people skills to those areas, we could build processes that worked in accounting, logistics, and engineering departments. Pinnacle Sales grew from a sales training company, to a business consulting and coaching firm.
As I learned more about businesses, I began to study the greats; Zig Ziglar & John Maxwell to name a couple. I am now proud to say that I am certified as a speaker, coach, and trainer from both of these organizations. Pinnacle Sales now focuses on personal and professional development & leadership coaching. We look to help individuals become better leaders.
John Maxwell says it best, “Leadership is influence, nothing more, nothing less”. From my humble beginnings as a sales professional, where I influenced buying decisions, I couple those skills in developing leaders in all types of businesses, organizations, and groups.
As a speaker and a business coach, I work with organizations, associations, private companies, and individuals to improve their overall performance thru professional development. We focus on getting management and employees engaged, working in teams, and improving overall satisfaction. Focusing on continuous improvement, work-life balance, education, and overall growth, our successes have been many and often.
My career & experiences span 4-decades from sales to the boardroom. Getting people engaged is what I have focused on my entire career. I am a Professor of Leadership & Management at Northwood University, a John Maxwell Team Member, and a Zig Ziglar Certified Legacy Trainer. As a speaker and a coach, I utilize all of these experiences in developing the right formula for each of my clients. The topics I am most contracted for are; Goal Setting, Building Winning Relationships, and a comprehensive coaching system developed around my book; Profits, Your Seven Letters to Success. We offer a wide variety of programs from the John Maxwell Group and Ziglar Organization.
